Day 01: Arrive in Beijing

Arrive in Beijing International Airport and be greeted by your guide who will escort you to the hotel, and the rest of the day is leisured.

Day 02: Beijing

Forbidden City, Beijing
We begin our discovery of this 2,000-year-old city at vast Tiananmen Square,the Forbidden City, seat of imperial power during the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911), and Summer Palace, the former royal retreat with beautiful gardens and temples that is now a lovely park attracting both visitors and locals. Tonight we savor a traditional Peking duck dinner, followed by a traditional opera - Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B, L, D)

Day 03: Beijing

Great Wall
This morning we tour to the Great Wall,the incredible collection of ancient defense installations (and UNESCO World Heritage Site) that stretches almost 4,000 miles from the East China Sea to Central Asia and where we visit the Ba Da Ling section by cable car. Than, we go to visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tombs. (B, L, D)

Day 04: Beijing to Xian

Our day begins with a rickshaw ride through Beijing ancient back roads and alleys (Hutongs). Here we visit the home of a local family for a rare glimpse of the traditional communal lifestyle that is fast disappearing; later fly to Xian. When you arrive in Xian Xianyang International Airport and you will be greeted by your guide who will escort you to the hotel, and the rest of the day is leisured. (B, L, D)

Day 05: Xian

Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian
This day begins with a visit to the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum which housing the army of 8,000 life-sized Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses that had lain buried and forgotten for more than two millennia. Each of these astounding Terra-cotta pieces has an individually sculpted face, standing in military formation in three separate underground building. A La Carte lunch will be arranged in a local restaurant near the Museum. After your amazing exploration of these fabulous sculptures, visit the revered Big Wild Goose Pagoda (652 AD), a well-preserved ancient building in a classical Buddhist temple, about 1,300 years old and a holy place for Buddhists. In the evening, indulge in a Tang Dynasty dumpling dinner and cultural show featuring traditional music, dance, and traditional costumes.   (B, L, D)

Day 06: Xian

Anwu Village, Xian
Today we tour the countryside of Xian. We drive to a typical village of Northern China - An Wu Village to feel the real-life of local farmers, in which we will visit a rural primary school, a rural clinic, local farmer's family and underground cave house as well as a local cattle farm and the ancient dwelling buildings come from more than 100 years ago. Lunch will be arranged in a local family,taste some local flavor.After than, we go to visit Hanyang Mausoleum which was built for the fourth emperor of Han dynasty 2000 years ago.The female Terra-cotta warrior was discovered from there.  (B, L, D)

Day 07: Xian to Guiyang

Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, Xian
This day begins at impressive nine-mile City Wall, and a bicycle tour on the top of 600 years old city wall, visit famous Shaanxi Provincial History Museum,with an acclaimed collection of historic and cultural artifacts from different historical period of Shaanxi Province; After enjoying the a la carte lunch at a popular local restaurant, visit Bell Tower and Drum Tower Square, the center of the downtown area if time permit. Fly to Guiyang. When you arrive in Guiyang airport you will be greeted by your guide and escort you to the hotel.  (B, L, D)

Day 08: Guiyang to Kaili

Today, you will drive to Kaili which is the center of Miao minority and the center of Miao silver culture as well as the gateway to the surrounding minority villages. After lunch,visit Minorities Museum where display local silver art and embroidery. Later visit a Miao Village to feel the life of the local Miao people and their culture. (B, L, D)

Day 09: Kaili via Guiyang to Shanghai

In the morning, continue our tour of a Miao village.Later leave for Guiyang airport, fly to Shanghai. When you arrive in Shanghai International Airport and you will be greeted by your guide. Visit The Bund and Huangpu River, Shanghai broad and bustling waterfront boulevard that once was the center of European influence in the East.  (B, L, D)

Day 10: Shanghai

Pudong, Shanghai
This day we tour the acclaimed Shanghai Museum, with its priceless collections of ancient Chinese bronzes, ceramics, calligraphy, paintings and furniture.And peaceful Yuyuan Garden, a traditional Chinese garden with plantings, courtyards,pavilions, and create the illusion of mountains and lakes. Tonight we attend Chinese acrobatics show after dinner.  (B, L, D)

Day 11: Shanghai to Suzhou

This day, we drive to explore the famous city Suzhou. Humble Administrators Garden (Zhuozheng Yuan) which is considered a splendid example of Suzhou's famous gardens and also listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. (B, L, D)

Day 12: Suzhou

Humble Administrator's Garden, Xuzhou
This morning we tour the longest manmade waterway in the world  - The Grand Canal that is one of the country's greatest engineering achievements. We go to visit unique fortified Panmen Scenic Area, which is the only land and water gate in China. Than, we visit the wonderful Master of the Nets Garden (Wangshi Yuan) and Suzhou Silk Museum. It traces the history of silk production and its use from its beginnings in about 4000BC. (B, L, D)

Day 13: Suzhou - Tongli - Shanghai

The Garden of Tongli
Our day begins a pretty little town, typical of region - Tongli. Elegant old house,canals, a picturesque collection of ancient stone bridges crossing meandering rivers, busy trading boats and intriguing gardens, all these give us a idea of what Suzhou must have been like in its heyday. We will visit Three-Bridge Scenic Spot, Tuisi Garden, Garden of Pearl Pagoda, Jiayin Hall, Genle Hall and Ancient Stage and Streets in Ming-and-Qing-Dynasty Style.After then, your guide will escort you to Shanghai. Day 14: Depart from Shanghai

Today your guide will escort you to the airport for your return flight home, or continue your tour that we Tailor-made for you. (B)
