Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using this site. Use this site indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Chinatravelrus.com and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as all web contents.
Upon receiving your booking request, one of our experienced travel consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant travel plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours.
Upon the receipt of a deposit of 10% of the total tour cost per person from you, we'll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately. (Our average deposit amount is 10% of the total tour cost, but this amount is subject to change. It could possibly be higher, or lower depending on group size, and itinerary. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly.)
A reservation for your tour will not be considered firm until the deposit is received.
The full or final payment is due 31 days prior to your international arrival in China.
A deposit which is equal to 10% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking and in order to confirm all the service in China. The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your total tour quotation. Once we have had your China tour arranged in good order, we will send you a service voucher with confirmed details.
B. Final Payment
The full or final payment: The full or final payment is due 31 days prior to your international arrival in China. Should the tour booked within 31 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required. A full payment by credit card is required 15 days prior to your actual arrival date.
C. Payment Methods:
You are now able to offer four methods of Payment:
No matter what payment methods you choose, you need to add the processing fee to your amount.
1) Western Union: We accept Western Union transfer with detailed address.
2) Wire Transfer: Please send a bank wire transfer in U.S. dollars to our account.
3) Visa or Master Card by fax：
Four kinds of credit cards are acceptable paying online, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express Card, and JCB Card.
4) Visa or Master Card secures online payment via PayPal.
Travel Check: Travel check payment is also acceptable while you are traveling in China.
Cash payment, travelers' check and company check is applicable upon special request, but personal checks cannot be accepted.

Disclaimer of Difference Caused by Exchange Rate (For clients who make payment by credit card only).
Chinatravelrus.com (XIAN CHINA EASY TRAVEL CO. LTD) will draw Chinese currency (Ren Ming Bi, RMB) from your credit card. The Credit Card Company or Bank will convert this amount to the currency that is normally shown on your credit card.
Chinatravelrus.com (XIAN CHINA EASY TRAVEL CO. LTD) currently quotes tour prices in US Dollars on our web site to give you an idea of the tour cost and quote in CNY to you at the time when you are making bookings.
Should a revaluation of the Chinese Yuan (CNY) occur, Chinatravelrus.com (XIAN CHINA EASY TRAVEL CO. LTD) will honor all quotations for tours that have been fully paid at the time of the revaluation.
Customers who have not paid for their tour in full at the time of any revaluation will be required to pay the difference between the old and new price calculated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Chinatravelrus.com (XIAN CHINA EASY TRAVEL CO. LTD) will never charge more that our quotation that has been accepted by you, our client.
D. Quotation Includes and Excludes
About China Tours Quotation
Tour Quotation Includes:
1) Entrance fees of all sites as mentioned
2) Meals as listed in the itinerary, B= American breakfast; L= Chinese lunch; D= Chinese dinner
3) Excellent private English-speaking guide
4) Private vehicle with driver
5) Round transfers between airports or rail stations and hotels.
6) Hotels (twin share basis) as listed in the itinerary. Single supplement will be charged.
7)Domestic flights （Economy-class） or trains as listed 、airports taxes and fuel charges.
8) Service charge & Government taxes
Note: Children's Fare
Children age fewer than 2 traveling with their parent pay 10% of adult price.
Children age between 2-11 pay 75% of adult price, entitled to an extra bed in parents' room.
Children age 12 and over pay as adult.
Tour Quotation Excludes:
1) Personal expenses such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges.
2) China Visa fees
3) The international flight or train of entering and exiting China.
4) Any meals that are not specified.

China Yangtze River Cruise Quotation
Yangtze Cruise Quotation Includes:
1) Cruise accommodation
The cruise accommodation is based on two persons sharing one cabin with private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single client requests a cabin alone, the single cabin supplement will be charged.
2) The cruise shore excursion in groups and daily activities.
These activities are subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company and subject to change without prior notice.
3) Food& beverage
On the cruise daily American breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The beverage arrangements are subject to policies of different cruise companies.
Yangtze River Cruise Quotation Excludes:
1) Service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as telephone calls, laundry, or drinks on the cruise ) The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out .
2) Cruise deposit upon check-in.
China Flight Booking:

The food & beverage in the plane
1) Domestic Airport Construction Tax
2) Handing charges:
All fares are quoted exclusive of taxes, plus the tax amount and then a total. These are added together to form your final quotation. When we sent you the confirmation letter or money request if you pay by PayPal, all of the Airport Tax and service fee will be included.
China Hotel Booking
Hotel Quotation Includes:
Accommodations. Usually a buffet breakfast is included . The prices stated are on per room, per night basis.
Hotel Quotation Excludes:
1) Rates may not include service charges, extra person charges, fees or incidental charges (such as room service). Hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks ，laundry or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.
2) Hotel deposit upon check-in.
Before your booking is confirmed, alterations to your itinerary are happily processed, because providing the best tour possible for you is our goal. After you have received your booking confirmation letter, any alteration of itinerary can be made within your paid tour fee while the transportation (flights, trains, or cruises) and hotels are available. You are responsible for any additional charges due to the price difference between the revised and the original itinerary. Chinatravelrus.com is only responsible for any additional charges due to our mistakes. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Chinatravelrus.com reserves the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary. In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/ refunded accordingly.
We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that the majority do so out of necessity.
If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.
In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Chinatravelrus.com (XIAN CHINA EASY TRAVEL CO. LTD) (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 15 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price (Deposit), but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months.
Cancellation received from 16 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
Cancellation received from 7 to 15 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. If a traveler cancelled while a tour is in progress, unused services can't be refunded.
Special Notes for Yangtze River Cruise:
The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise.
If You Only Book Airline Ticket:
The cancellation policy varies by different Airline Company. Please read the "Rules & Restrictions "of different flights when you make the reservation. Airlines will charge a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking. Some discount tickets are completely non-refundable.
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of yours, though your travel consultant may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon your request. Chinatravelrus.com accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.
There are lots of international travel risks while traveling. Travelers should be familiar with the applicable health requirements to the areas they intend to visit. It is your solely responsibility to check the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Altitude sickness may develop in travelers who ascend rapidly to altitudes greater than 2500 m. When you travel to Tibet or parts of Sichuan，Yunnan Province，make sure your blood pressure and heart condition are normal. A doctor's certificate is required if you will go to Tibet.
We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Before you travel to China, be sure that you have purchased your travel insurance in your country which fully covers trip cancellation due to the named unforeseen events, trip delay, lost baggage, medical emergency, health expenses and others. China Life Tourist Accident & Casualty Insurance is very limited. And China Life Tourist Accident & Casualty Insurance is not applicable where only hotel or flight booking are purchased through Chinatravelrus.com
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
Responsibility and Disclaimer
The responsibility of our company is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service, surface transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.
To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
We reserve the right to substitute hotels, flights, Train, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, and we make sure to guarantee your tour going smoothly unless the flights, cruise ship, or trains are being cancelled or chartered.
We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, and delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our company’s control. Neither Chinatravelrus.com nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
We are not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions, destinations etc, but we will try our best to help our clients get out of the difficulties including chasing compensation if any damages or losses occur.
Complaints and Claims
Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service Chinatravelrus.com has provided, please inform your local tour guide or your travel consultant immediately to avoid similar problems happening again either before or during your trip.
If you want to complain or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon your finish of your tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. Chinatravelrus.com will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
Variation of Terms and Conditions
These terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. Chinatravelrus.com reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this site. Please re-read these terms and conditions even if you have previously used this site.
